What does matter is the fact that the FAA is rife with bad controllers thanks to Obama and then Trump allowing good controllers to be rejected due to them failing the geographic/ biographical section of the entrance exam that has NOTHING to do with keeping aircraft apart.
And once those bad controllers have been hired? Good luck firing them!
