As my new @townhallcom column explains, no one whines like journalismist, and you should take advantage of that and make them cry! š
āThe regime media, and no one else, is up in arms over the fact that Donald Trump refuses to give special White House access to CNN, Politico, and MSNOW. Of course, the hyperventilation of the journalismists brings to mind the Shakespeare quote:Ā āIt is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.ā And I do mean signifying nothing. No one cares. I suggest we run my Kurt Schlichter Give A Damn Challenge⢠ā go out and find 100 people, normal people out on the street, and ask them what they think of what happened with the White House press corps last week. Of them, 99 will shrug and look at you like youāre stupid, while the remaining one will have an opinion, but will also reek of oaky box Chardonnay and live with a bunch of cats.ā

My new @townhallcom column isnāt gobbling the black pillā¦
āWhat goes for drug dealers also goes for political addicts and pundits ā donāt get high on your own supply. We want to believe what we want to hear. Confirmation bias is a real thing. Itās out there, waiting to suck you in and turn you out. Thatās why I try to be rigorously objective. I try to look at the facts. Iām by nature an optimist, or rather, Iām always looking for an edge, a way, a means to counterattack and seize the initiative, and I always assume itās there. But of course, Patton's flipside is Pollyanna. Sometimes youāre trying to save the Kobayashi Maru whether youāll like it or not, and youāre never going to be Captain Kirk. But let me tell you, hereās what my gut is telling me ā the Democrats have peaked.ā

My new @townhallcom VIP column demonstrates that everything from Hollywood doesnāt suck, just a lot of itā¦
āIs Hollywood suddenly getting based? Well, probably not, at least in the macro. Hollywood is still stuck in a morass of politically correct failure thanks to the cadre of unmarriageable females, militant minorities, and gender-weird diversity hires left over from Woke I who dominate the scene. That the industry is drowning is no surprise. At one time, Tinseltown was focused solely on making money, and the way you made money was to make things the audience enjoyed. Now, for the most part, we are condemned to endure the personal psychodramas and fetishes of a bunch of people trying to work out their daddy issues on our screens. No thanks. But thereās an exception to every rule, and heās making hundreds of millions of dollars, proving that there is a market for entertainment that doesnāt hate its patriotic, normal audience.ā
Hollywood Wins When It Is Based ...
My @townhallcom counterpoint to the people who think justice should be done behind closed doorsā¦
āMurder is a crime, as much as many of the critics donāt care about it. They can summon up all sorts of outrage over criminals being executed, but they donāt know the names of any of the dead.
I do. One of them was a former fellow California Army Guardsman who was serving on active duty at Fort Hood. I didnāt know him well ā he was down in San Diego while I was in Los Angeles ā but I had met him and he was a good guy. That piece of crap who had wormed his way into the rank of major took a gun and shot Captain John Gaffaney to death because Captain Gaffaney was serving the United States of America in a conflict against the traitorās seventh-century, goat-loving savage friends. So yeah, I say shoot the b*****d and let everybody see.ā
