Kurt Schlichter curates The Schlichter Arena, a community of people who like to hug and share feelings to lull their enemies into false feeling of safety before going off like a 50 megaton nuke. This is The Schlichter Arena.

When I was learning to fly, I’m sure that my instructor wanted to jump out of the airplane as well!

Well, it finally happened. My first-ever surgery, two weeks from diagnosis to the knife. I'm grateful it happened here in America. In Canada, I'd probably be waiting for a very, very long time. https://kellyjohnston.substack.com/p/the-miracles-of-a-first-surgery

Candace Owens's most recent antics give me an idea for a new Netflix series: "HELLION" - Mild mannered therapist Bruce McWilliams has a nice quiet psychology practice and a loving fiancée. Nice and quiet, that is, until he admits Candace Owens (in heavy disguise under a false name) as a client. Owens proceeds to:

1) Intimidate and run off all of his other patients

2) Wrecks his relationship with his fiancée, who is forced to flee in hiding with her parents ("Blonde girls aren't nice Bruce... Blonde girls are usually evil and uptight..." )

3) Owens starts dropping Bruce's name in her podcast, portraying him as the mysterious guru who is the source of all of her crackpot ideas.

4) Owens forces Bruce to be on call 24 hours a day, driving him to the edge of insanity.

Think of it as a psychologist's version of what "Misery, was to novelists, just with a crazier and more psychopathic female lead.
